What We Do

Three integrated services, built around the child.

A family may use one or all three, depending on where they are in their child's journey. Every service begins with understanding the child first.

Service 01

Advisory

School Placement · Curriculum Guidance

Most families approach school choice by looking at schools first. We do the opposite. We start with the child, conduct a genuine assessment of who they are and how they learn, and then search for the environment that fits them. Not the other way around.

Our advisory is fully independent. We hold no commissions or affiliations with any school or curriculum provider. When we recommend a school, it is because it is right for your child.

  • School placement for local, international, and boarding schools
  • Curriculum comparison: IB, Cambridge, American, British, French, Singapore
  • Curriculum transition guidance, when to move and how to bridge gaps
  • Written Curriculum Recommendation Reports with rationale and alternatives
  • School Placement Shortlists with detailed rationale for each recommendation
  • Fully independent, commission-free at all times
  • How we are different

    Others

Start with the school, work back to the child. Placement is the product.

    Learning Journey

Start with the child, then find the school and curriculum that fits. Advisory is ongoing across stages.

    Learning Profile Development

Understanding how your child learns, before deciding where they learn.

A learning profile is the foundation of everything we do. Before a school is chosen, before a curriculum is compared, before a tutor is matched, we want to understand the actual child. Their pace. Their strengths. Their gaps. Their learning style. The way their mind engages with the world.

Most advisory services treat assessment as optional or informal. For us, it is the starting point. Every student gets one, not just those with a diagnosis or a concern.

  • Multi-dimensional assessment across pace, strengths, gaps, and learning style
  • Age-appropriate student self-reflection for ages 5 to 18
  • Parent intake and observation framework
  • Benchmark assessment across Literacy, Numeracy, Science, Humanities, and Social-Emotional Learning
  • Written Learning Profile Report: clear, actionable, curriculum-neutral
  • Applicable from Year 1 through pre-university
  • What a Learning Profile covers

    Literacy & Numeracy benchmarks
    Learning pace & working memory
    Strengths & identified gaps
    Social-Emotional Learning stage
    Written Report: clear & actionable

    Tutoring

Subject-specific support, guided by the learning profile.

Our tutoring is not generic content delivery. Every session is informed by the student's learning profile. We address specific gaps identified through assessment, not assumed needs based on year level.

Tutors are matched to students based on curriculum alignment, learning style, and subject expertise. Progress is reported back to parents after every block of sessions, tied directly to the original benchmarks.

  • One-to-one and small-group tutoring across core subjects
  • Aligned to IB, Cambridge, American, British, French, and Singapore curricula
  • Literacy and reading programmes including structured phonics and comprehension
  • Examination preparation: IGCSE, A-Level, IB DP, AP, PSLE, SAT, IELTS
  • Extended support for students with dyslexia, ADHD, and twice-exceptional profiles
  • Progress reporting after every block, tied to learning profile benchmarks
  • Examinations we prepare for

IGCSE A-Level IB DP AP PSLE SAT IELTS

    Our tutoring guarantee

Every student receives a progress report after each block of sessions, tied back to their original learning profile benchmarks. You always know where things stand.

    How we work

From first conversation to lasting progress.

    01

    Discovery

A 60 to 90 minute session with parents and, where appropriate, the student. We listen to the family's story and understand the primary concern.

    02

    Learning Profile

We build the student's learning profile using our structured assessment framework. This includes student self-reflection, parent observation data, and benchmark comparison.

    03

    Written Report

A Curriculum Recommendation, a School Placement Shortlist, or a full Learning Profile. This document is the family's to keep and use independently.

    04

    Pathway Planning

For families thinking 3 to 5 years ahead, we map an academic roadmap covering curriculum gates, subject choices, and key transition moments.

    05

    Tutoring

Where tutoring is indicated, we match the student to a specialist tutor aligned with their learning profile. Progress is monitored and reported regularly.

    06

    Ongoing Review

We offer annual check-ins and remain a reference point as the child moves through stages. We are not a one-appointment service.
